New Regional Service Shard

As part of Twingate's reliability and scalability initiatives, we're migrating all accounts to a new regional service shard (us1) on August 29, 2026.

What this means for you:

• Your Admin Console URL will move from <network>.twingate.com to <network>.us1.twingate.com. Browser logins redirect automatically.

• Twingate's Terraform provider and Kubernetes operator already support this migration, so no action is needed by users of those tools.

• Other tools and integrations referencing <network>.twingate.com will also redirect automatically and should continue working as-is. You can switch to <network>.us1.twingate.com to avoid redirects.

During the maintenance window:

• Device connections, both new and existing, will not be interrupted.

• The Admin Console and Admin API will be temporarily read-only. Existing configurations will continue to be enforced, but changes can't be made until the migration completes.
